Dookie. Yup. You know this album whether you like it or not so shut the fuck up about me not writing in a while and enjoy this review. Ok fine I'll be nice here. This album needs no intro if you know this site and the type of content we review here, so I'm not gonna write one. I will however explain where I've been and why I still haven't finished the Panic! albums. Basically I have been both busy and so bored I don't want to do anything, especially not listen to music that will do nothing but piss me off. So here we are, I'm gonna do Dookie to fill the gap and add to my Green Day reviews. I will do all of them just not in order.

Thoughts & Feelings

This album makes me feel like I just got launched straight into 90s Oakland. And by that I'm 100% referencing that one song on here. This album also makes me feel how I feel when I get a text from a strange person and their horny for some reason. Yes that is a reference to THAT song on here. Ok enough of that lets get into it.

Smash Or Pass?

Burnout - SSSSMMMMMMAAAAAASSSSSSSHHHHHHH. WHAT AN OPENING. This is PERFECT Punk Rock. Fast, catchy, loud, EVERYTHING here is perfect. Shark gave this gold, I agree its top 5 on here but not gold worthy.

Having a Blast - SSSSSSSSMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSHHHHHHHH. THIS SONG IS SO FUCKING GOOD. AHHHHHHH THIS IS SO EASILY THE SILVER MEDAL. I know that's a controversial pick but fuck you I LOVE this song. This song would be gold on literally ANY other album, even Black Parade and 13 voices.

Chump - SSSSMMMMAAAASSSHHH. Another absolute BANGER. This was one of the first Green Day songs I ever heard. It was on a SXM station that played this before its 2nd part. The 2nd part is better but this is still incredible. But yeah, we ALL know the 2nd part of this song. Some of us from the first note of the bass. The instrumental at the end leading into the 2nd part is amazing.

Longview - SSSSSSSSSMMMMMMAAAAAAASSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Hope you're horny. That's all. Ok fine I'll talk about it. This song is AMAZING. One of the most punk songs ive ever heard. I mean this song is literally about jerking off, how much more punk rock does it get? Well I'll tell you. That. Fucking. Bass. HOWEVER. The drums on this track are CRIMINALLY underrated. The tribal feel to the opening perfectly sets the tone and makes this whole track feel all the more personal. 10/10 song once again.

Welcome to Paradise - SMMMAAAASSSSHHHH. My least favorite of the "Big Hits" from this album. That being said, this song is still INCREDIBLE and better than almost any bronze medal on my reviews, with a few big exceptions though (Black Parade and Blurryface). Nothing else to say here, its amazing.

Pulling Teeth - SSSSSMMAASSSH. This songs great. Not much to say here. Its a bit slower and feels almost "emo" with the vocal delivery and the lyrics. The solo is so perfectly early Green Day. Just listen to the damn album.

Basket Case - SSSSSMMMMMAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH. Over. Played.

She - SSSMMMMAAAASSSHHHH. Easy ass bass line but who cares its fun to play. This whole song is easy to play. This is like the perfect song for a band to play to learn to play in time. 

Sassafras Roots - SSSSSSSSSSSSSSMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. GOLD MEDAL. Now I know. WHAT THE FUCK JAKE. But I do NOT care. this song is fucking PERFECT. The guitar is amazing, the bass is amazing, and the drums are amazing. The vocals and lyrics are so fucking good. This is definition Punk Rock. 11/10.

When I Come Around - SSSSMMMMMAAAAASSHHH Another big one. This songs even in Fortnite! I don't have much to say here its just amazing. Another one that's better than almost any other song on any other album.

Coming Clean - SSSSMMMMMMAAAAAAASSHSHHHHH.THE ORIGINAL BISEXUAL BILLIE. BISEXUAL PRIDE MEDAL!

Emenius Sleepus - SSMMMAAASSHHH. Another great song. All of these are amazing. not much to say here.

In the End - SMMAASSHH. I agree this is the worst song on the album but its still amazing. This whole album is incredible. Its just a bit boring compared to the next one 

F.O.D. -  SSSSSSSMMMMMMMAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSHHHHH. BRONZE. THIS SONG IS SO FUCKING GOOD. The acoustic opening is so fucking good. THEN THAT BREAKDOWN. GOD THAT BREAKDOWN. This song is Billie's rage let loose for 3 minutes and I love it.

All by Myself -  SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Jk this song sucks but idc because its hilarious. Now go jerk off like the song says to do. The vocals are fucking TERRIBLE but its just too damn funny. -10/10.

Conclusion

This album is perfect. Just perfect. Not much else to say.
